I could not fault the service in any way. All the staff treated us with respect and kept us informed. Dallas, the branch manager went through the details of the contract in words we could understand. Hannah was involved from the beginning, and Julie kept us up to date once the sale / purchase was going through. Their customer service was second to none. We had been working with another estate agent to start with and our confidence was severely dented. But the staff at RMJ put it back up to where it should have been.
