Just want to say a huge thank you, I know I have taken so long to write a review! Just didn't know what to say. I thank Sam so much, from when he came to my beautiful house to value it he went through step by step with me, on the process of selling my house to being sold, and what happens next. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. And even though I never sold a property on my own before, he would pick up the phone to answer any questions etc. He was always professional. Even after several days, my house being up for sale and on day one of viewers, and Joe called to say I had a Potential buyer! I called Sam immediately and Sam went out of his way/day off to call me to help me make the right decision.. But my biggest thank you is for Michea she was my rock, always calling me every few days with updates. Even chasing solicitors for me. Michea always answered her phone, or would call me back asap.. even to the point of me being stressed/crying. Michea understood and managed to get me through each day, of the process of selling my beautiful home to the stress/emotional rollercoaster of it all. She went out of her way so many times for me. She was always professional and listened to me, which helped alot and I could call her with any worries. I know that I found it hard having to sell my home, but Sam and Michea you were supportive and showed so much compassion and professionalism. They understood, which was so important to me.
