From start to finish Quealys have been fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond to help with our sale. Their after sales service was amazing too. Lucy is fabulous there and so good at keeping you updated constantly.

We had a complete power outage followed by blown sockets in kitchen and upstairs. This also affected the boiler for hot water and heating. After reporting on portal we had still not had anyone attend by the following day. Tracy called and emailed the repairs team over some time and ensured that an electrician attended. She was very thorough and helpful to our needs.
