The quality of the marketing was exceptional, the brochure and professional photos both met and exceeded my expectations. I believe they were an integral part of achieving such a great price for the property. The team were great with the viewings, which led to a sale being agreed very quickly. Once the sale was agreed, their communication was excellent. They were proactive in ensuring the buyers and their solicitors stayed on track, which was vital in getting the sale over the line. I couldn't be happier with the service.
