Really upset with the selling of houses in the area quealy advertising house offers on excess off 350 so you offer 345 then when it’s refused 351 but no they want 375 why not put offers in excess of 365 not so bad ten grand but twenty five grand rip off this should stop fed up with being ripped off in this country was told this is what they do in Scotland well we live in England also if we are going to have there rules then when an offer is accepted you can’t back out but you can here this is the third person I no off this has happened to this month and all prices seem to be twenty five grand more

Awful. Just awful. How you won award is beyond me. Seriously lacking any customer service skills. I will never use Quealys, nor recommend Quealys in future.

Wouldn't use this agent again if you paid me. I had so many problems that were never resolved. Never got back to us. Very patronising, rude and unhelpful
