I can't thank quealys enough for what they have done for me and my family. We was with the for over 2 and half years and had not one issue with them. Never missed a payment and always paid in full. But the great loyalty to customers is unbeatable. They have thrown us... Me my partner and my nine month old daughter out on the street with 5 days notice. With lovely staff that help to belittle you and not give a single care in the world. Ruthless and glad I'm never going to be dealing with these heartless people again. Please do not use these people. You will regret it.

I was accepted over 2 other applications for a let property and signed the tenancy agreement the day after being accepted. I had questions about the agreement which were not answered but due me really liking the place I signed the agreement. I was then called 2 days later to say the land lord had decided to go with another tenant. I was not given a reason why. *Edit: this was not true* Issues with contract I had: No information on length of contract e.g 6 months Having to pay £150 at end of tenancy for checking the property 30 admin fee for a print of any documents Not being able to change rent payment day to a day which is near my payday. The experience really unset me as the flat was lovely and I feel let down for discussing the contract
