Having never worked with an agency whose primary operational staff are abroad I was concerned about how well the project would run. However, Alex and his team have followed instructions well and come up with solutions to all our problems. The website is clean and user-friendly and has some excellent features. The technology the team use to communicate with clients is in some cases better than having an account manager who can visit. Bugherd, in particular, is an excellent piece of reporting software that made the snagging process easy and trackable. The team at Starberry have all been friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. I would recommend them.

We had to sell my deceased brothers house, which was in need of much refurbishment. After a few weeks, Christopher Russell found the right buyers for us, and the sale went through easily.

We have recently exchanged contracts on a house and Christopher Russell provided good customer service through what was a vey stressful time for us. We had a few problems along the way with our mortgage provider but Christopher Russell were very understanding and kept us fully updated with any updates from their end. We mainly dealt with Trudie who was extremely helpful and was always willing to assist with any queries we had.
