Moving is always stressful and you can't always know what to expect exactly. However, we have been super lucky to have Shelley to assest and help us today. She has been truly remarkable, went above and beyond to help us with the initial practical issues on our first day in the new property. I wish there was a person like Shelley at every end of a costumer service line. She has been amazing!

We moved into our rented flat through Key Property in Penge with the help of the lovely Amira. Amira was not only very professional from the get go but also so friendly, supportive and communicative in the rental process. She was a huge help in securing our tenancy on our flat and we’re so happy with it! Huge thank you to Amira and also Joy, a member of the management team, who has dealt with any issues we’ve had with the property so quickly and efficiently. We feel very well looked after by the team and are settling into our lovely new home :)
