Best agency in town, hands down.

The entire team was superb. Communications were clear and all were reliable in terms of tasks or actions that needed doing. Kate in particular was proactive - without being pushy and staying on top of timings at all stages, never losing her professionalism, even when frustrated with hiccups along the way. . Thank you ever so much.

So happy to have brought a property with the help of Kate Clapham @ Curchods Farnham. Her communications were always spot on throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. She was great when we had a hiccup with out sale and helped make buying our dream home a reality.

Excellent service stuck with a tricky chain all the help you gave was much appreciated

I thoroughly recommend Kate at Curchods - she is very efficient and simply a lovely lady! She made the whole process go smoothly, by picking up the phone straight away - so much easier to talk through questions than end up stuck in email …

We had an incredible experience buying our house with Curchods and specifically Kate Clapham. Always available, clear and concise communication. Highly recommended!

Kate and Martin were extremely helpful during the process. There were a number of legal hurdles to overcome and Kate did a great job keeping me informed on any progress and liaising with the seller (a receivership company) to ensure things …

I have dealt with both Laura Parris and Kate Clapham with the selling of our house in Farnham in 2024 and the service was excellent all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend Curchods to anyone buying or selling through them. Their approach is very professional, effective and ethical.

Kate from Curchods is fantastic - straight talking, honest, fair and just lovely! She made the whole process smooth and I cannot thank her and the team at Curchods enough. We are so happy with our new home.

Highly recommend Curchods in Farnham. Moving so incredibly stressful BUT Kate from Curchods made everything so calm and easy - I would not use anyone else if we moved again!
