Very bad agent. Never trust them. Fool the buyers and feel free to renege. I cannot believe there is such an agent in UK! The Worst I bet. The agent continued to encourage other sellers to increase their price despite agreeing to our offer. Accepting offers from others without informing us. malicious price wars without permission, disrupting the market. Our legal fees and personal information were maliciously exploited.

This is the worst agent I have ever met. Fool buyers and just want to make money.

Been with a few estate agents but Christopher Russell is the worst. They do not care about tenant but just working at the landlord's best interest. Rented 2 years and encountered visitations from plumber, etc. without our knowledge and we were not at home. No communication at all. Checking out process - not professional at all. £300 cleaning fee being deducted from our deposit. When we asked about it, Julie just said ' refer to the inventory report'. The report was at least 40 pages. They just charged whatever cleaning fee that they like!
