Disappointing service

Currently looking to rent a property and have approach Pooks about several properties they have listed. Usually within hours of the listings going live. Each time I have been told viewings are not open yet and my name would be added to a list and I would be contacted when I could view. One I was extremely interested in and even completed the application so I could move straight away because apparently you need to view before you can submit an application. Today after hearing nothing now for several weeks and having no reply to emails I messaged again only to be told the first lot of viewings are now full or the properties have gone. Absolute joke, terrible customer service, terrible communication and I can only assume they cherry pick the people they want to view properties leaving the rest hanging. If you are looking for someone to sell or manage your property I would strongly advise you try somewhere else as they are not the right people for the job and could do with lessons on business management and customer service.
