Awful awful lettings. They accepted my application for a rental, then didn't return my calls about it. Turns out they had been waiting for a better candidate to come along. Very very immoral. Really bad about communicating. It's not nice to mess about with people's livelihoods and place of residence and further make them feel like a bad person. Now I have to search for a new home.

This estate agents is full of lazy liars who couldn't care less about the state of your property as long as it's earning them money. If you value your property and don't want to be plagued with endless, stressful and fruitless communication with them to try to rectify problem tenants and damage to your property, avoid them at all costs.
