Seems impossible to cancel a subscription, which is why I’ve had to go 1 star. Customer support is to be honest dreadful, all chat bots… tell them why your cancelling etc, and the whole process just starts again.
The service its self is fantastic, until you need to cancel and stop paying… I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now. Hopefully this review will prompt someone to get in touch!
