They say that buying/selling a house is one of the most stressful undertakings one can engage in during one's life. Well, my family and I have had the pleasure of BUYING a house in respect of which Daniel Carter and Graham Tolfrey of Curchods, Shepperton represented the Seller. Daniel was our main Negotiator with Graham stepping in whilst Daniel was on vacation. This is the first review I have ever written and placed on the internet as I do not as a rule do so but the truly excellent service my family and I received on our purchase deserves recognition. Daniel's skills as a Negotiator are impressive; a calm, pleasant personality with an ability to react quickly to requests and to insert himself firmly between, buyer, seller and two sets of law firms when matters needed addressing with the potential to become difficult. Daniel has also assisted by being present at the property whenever we have asked allowing us to plan well for necessary works on Completion. This has enabled a more comfortable welcome for my family to our new home. As mentioned, Graham also supported Daniel and his relaxed "can do" but focused attitude supported us well in the early stages of negotiation and agreement. It has been a pleasure to be introduced to Curchods Shepperton and whilst we have no intention of selling our house soon, we are actively recommending Curchods as a result and if we ever sell we will look no further for an Agent.
