We can’t recommend Redbrik enough. We had our house up for sale last year for 5 months with a different estate agent and didn’t have a great experience, we ended up taking our property off the market and having a break from selling. We have dealt with many estate agents in the process of viewing houses and the only one that stood out for us in terms of customer experience, being proactive, communicative and organised was Redbrik. We were dubious as their fees are one of the most expensive but you really do get what you pay for. We put our house back up for sale with Redbrik and haven’t been disappointed. The marketing was amazing compared to before and really demonstrated our house in the best way enabling us to get 27 bookings for viewings in just 3 weeks. For context last year we had 11 viewing bookings in 5 months. We have sold our house in 3 weeks and had multiple offers, a very different experience to last year. All the team are very honest, helpful, friendly and just genuinely want do their best for the clients. Nothing has been too much trouble, the whole experience so far has been far more pleasant and much less stressful than last time. We have only just sold so are only part way through the process but so far we have been exceptionally happy and would recommend Redbrik to anyone looking to sell their house.
