I cannot fault the service from beginning to end. The first agent who came to value the property (whose company I cannot name) spent 10 minutes walking round the house, obviously didn't like it and left literature for me to read at leisure. I didn't bother! On the other hand, Michael of Redbrik came to value and spent a great deal of time explaining how the company worked, was enthusiastic about selling my property and inspired confidence that the house would soon sell as they had people on the books ready to buy. All of the office staff were friendly and helpful. They sent regular emails and phone messages of properties that met my requirements to buy. I was given an agent to look after me personally (Emily) and she was always very helpful and encouraging. I was updated throughout all stages of the sale and Emily was very patient when I became stressed at times! I have nothing negative to say about the service at Redbrik and I certainly recommend the company to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. The service was excellent.
