I've had a really good and seamless experience with Belvoir so far. This is especially due to Paul Griffin, who has been immense in helping me settle into my flat since August. He has been prompt with answering my queries and helping to facilitate any communication between me and the landlord, whether it was due to house repairs or renewing contracts. He always has a friendly, helping, and approachable manner which makes it easy to communicate with him. He has really made my experience with Belvoir the best!

My experience using Belvoir has been very quick and smooth. I want to personally thank Carly Holmes who has made this journey enjoyable and quick. She was friendly and understanding and answered all questions and queries that I had without feeling like I bothered her. I am satisfied with Belvior and I truly recommend this estate agent if you would like a helpful experience if you are looking to buy or rent a property.

Dawn was really helpful and ensured our move in was as easy as possible. She answered all the questions we had almost immediately and pushed to get our keys earlier than usual. Great service :)

***UPDATE in 2023 - We have just moved out of a property managed by Belvoir lettings that we moved into in November 2019. Throughout our time here we have always dealt with Nicola Adlington, and she has always been fantastic. I remember when we first moved in she even got her partner to give us advice on something when we thought there was an issue with the washing machine (I bet she won't even remember this!) It was really appreciated! Then throughout the tenancy we kept dealing with Nicola which was great as she knew the property. Belvoir are a very professional agency to deal with, however Nicola always seemed so genuine and to really care about the tenant, the property and the landlord in a professional yet personable manner. I have been shown a property and started my application with Jessica. She was very helpful and understand and managed to help me secure the rented property in record time. She also helped me find the proper utilities companies to use, which was very helpful for me and saved me time. I still haven’t moved, but so far so good.

Dawn Linfoot did an outstanding job for me during a change of tenancy. It was handled extremely professionally and she found me a selection of new clients really quickly. She was thorough in the diligence work once we identified the likely candidate. All of this and an almost seamless transition from one tenant to the next. I only lost a few days rental income whilst the apartment was being cleaned but otherwise, it was so smooth and no bother at all. Not only that, but an increase in the monthly rent too! Paul has been a brilliant property manager and I cannot fault Belvoir at all. They are always very prompt, polite and easy to deal with any issues that may arrive. Paul does a great job at keeping us up to date and always goes that extra step in making you feel secure when moving in or out. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful move-in experience. From the initial viewing to the start of the tenancy I had zero issues with Belvoir Sheffield. Paul was great at answering any query I had, even the niche ones! All the documentation was provided and no detail was missed. He put together a thorough condition report and had a good eye for spotting areas for improvement, which he then proceeded to correct without hesitation. The apartment was exactly as described and at a good price. Thanks Paul.
