2023 - It's been 2 years since my first review and today, I would like to say a BIG thank you to Paul Griffin and the team at the Belvoir office for their continued brilliant work managing my properties. Paul keeps up-to-date with the rental market and shares valuable advice as part of his service. He's fair to both landlords and tenants. Gives me assurance that both properties and tenants are being looked after by a professional and lovely guy, Paul :). 2021 - I chose Belvoir out of several lettings agents in Sheffield to fully manage my 2 new build properties and so glad I did as Kelly has been amazing. From snagging checks, inventory, arranging photographs, communicating with the developers to finding tenants, Kelly and team have been professional and efficient throughout. I dont live in Sheffield and haven't been able to view the new development myself during the lockdown but Kelly has been my eyes and ears. During these very stressful times I feel confident in the knowledge my properties and the tenants are being looked after. I've been letting out my property for several years now with Belvoir. I have found the process to be efficient, and the communication to be at the right level for both myself as the landlord, and the tennant. I have been mainly dealing with Dawn Linfoot who I have found to be very experienced and professional.

Belvoir was very accommodating of me, granting me remote viewings when I moved to Sheffield from outside the city in Summer 2022. Since then my contact with the company, Dawn, has been great at keeping me in the loop with any maintenance queries I've had.

***UPDATE in 2023 - We have just moved out of a property managed by Belvoir lettings that we moved into in November 2019. Throughout our time here we have always dealt with Nicola Adlington, and she has always been fantastic. I remember when we first moved in she even got her partner to give us advice on something when we thought there was an issue with the washing machine (I bet she won't even remember this!) It was really appreciated! Then throughout the tenancy we kept dealing with Nicola which was great as she knew the property. Belvoir are a very professional agency to deal with, however Nicola always seemed so genuine and to really care about the tenant, the property and the landlord in a professional yet personable manner. Thanks so much again!*** Original Review in 2019: Dayna was really friendly yet still professional. The viewing went smoothly and we decided to take the rental property on the spot. Dayna sent us the relevant documents quickly and has kept in contact with us since to make sure we are informed of where we are in the letting process.
