Update on my previous post, I formally moved into my new flat today and I couldn’t be any happier about the entire renting experience. It’s been a rough 2 months; I tried several times trying to book viewings with other letting agencies and almost always the places were already rented/security deposit given. Belvoir offered me the opportunity to view multiple places but I fell in love with this flat and decided not to even bother with viewing other places. Jessica Adlington went above and beyond for me; aside from showing me this property the same day I inquired about it, she assisted me throughout the paperwork process and made that tolerable! I have to say a special thanks to Paul griffin; one of the managers. He’s been so helpful with assisting me in setting up everything in my flat. He’s definitely my first point of contact moving forward. I got a really nice gift bag today welcoming me to the community. I chose to write this detailed review because of how great the service has been until now and they definitely deserve recognition for all their help and diligence throughout this stressful process of me moving to a different city!

From the very beginning, Dawn demonstrated a high level of professionalism and her attention to detail and willingness to assist in every aspect of the leasing process made a significant difference. The team at Belvoir have been dealing with the rental of my property since 2007 and more recently, its sale. The property has hardly ever had a void period with the team quick to report any issues and find suitable tenants. I had an excellent experience with Belvoir, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Beth and Paul. Beth was the person who showed me around the apartment, and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the local area. She answered all my questions and made the viewing process very easy and enjoyable. Once I decided to rent the apartment, Paul took over as my property manager, and he has been equally helpful and professional. He has been quick to respond to any queries or concerns I've had, and he has made sure that everything has gone smoothly during the move-in process. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Belvoir and the team there. Beth and Paul have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported, and I would be more than happy to continue using their services in the future. Hi, I'm recently started renting with Belvoir. It wasn't my first time renting but still I would really like to appreciate their warm and friendly services. I would like to extent my gratitude to Mr Paul Griffin who was with us since viewing till handing the keys. He was extremely nice with us during the whole process of documentation and even gave us a warm welcome with a token of love. I thought estate agents can't be bothered with renters ( from my experience with previous landlords). However my family and me really think we got the respect we deserved as customers with Belvoir (eventhough we are renting!!!).Belvoir and Paul did a great job. Keep going. Excellent and efficient service! Having just arrived back in the country, my wife and I were quite desperate to find a rental property as soon as possible. I'd like to show extra appreciation to both Dawn Linfoot and Isaac Fleming who fully understood our circumstances and worked extra fast to get my wife and I into our chosen property as quick as possible. I can't thank them enough! We will definitely use Belvoir again if we move in the future.
