Belvoir (particularly Paul) have been very helpful, accommodating and have supported me throughout the process of moving into my new rented flat in Sheffield! I can't say a bad word against them.

Really lovely agents - we were shown round the property by a friendly agent who told answered any questions we had and helped us move in super quickly! We also now have a great contact to talk to through the tenancy and she has also been super helpful!

She answered all my questions and made the viewing process very easy and enjoyable. Once I decided to rent the apartment, Paul took over as my property manager, and he has been equally helpful and professional. He has been quick to respond to any queries or concerns I've had, and he has made sure that everything has gone smoothly during the move-in process. Hi, I'm recently started renting with Belvoir. It wasn't my first time renting but still I would really like to appreciate their warm and friendly services. I would like to extent my gratitude to Mr Paul Griffin who was with us since viewing till handing the keys. He was extremely nice with us during the whole process of documentation and even gave us a warm welcome with a token of love. I thought estate agents can't be bothered with renters ( from my experience with previous landlords). Excellent and efficient service! Having just arrived back in the country, my wife and I were quite desperate to find a rental property as soon as possible. I'd like to show extra appreciation to both Dawn Linfoot and Isaac Fleming who fully understood our circumstances and worked extra fast to get my wife and I into our chosen property as quick as possible. I can't thank them enough! We will definitely use Belvoir again if we move in the future.

Belvoir were great. I needed to rent a place as I was moving from Scotland to Sheffield for a job and they helped me out immensely. The people I dealt with were Jessica (who helped find me a good place) and Paul (who helped me go through the checks, requirements etc). The service from Nicola and colleagues was great. The team was really friendly and approachable, very professional with more legal/bureaucratic matters and clearly knew the market to advise on rental levels. The phone was answered promptly, I was kept up to date with the stages of the processing and the wide advertising attracted a good range of potential tenants.I considered using a cheaper process on the internet but this was so much easier and less stressful. Definitely worth the money.

Four years ago we purchased a residential investment in Sheffield City Centre... we interviewed several agents and chose Belvoir and were very pleased we did. Their letting negotiators, particularly Julie, Beth & Jess were all very proactive and attentive... Paul, the portfolio manager, looking after all aspects of the lettings and tenant issues was excellent and Louise, the management accountant was exceptional.
