I have been shown a property and started my application with Jessica. She was very helpful and understand and managed to help me secure the rented property in record time. She also helped me find the proper utilities companies to use, which was very helpful for me and saved me time. I still haven’t moved, but so far so good.

Dawn Linfoot did an outstanding job for me during a change of tenancy. It was handled extremely professionally and she found me a selection of new clients really quickly. She was thorough in the diligence work once we identified the likely candidate. All of this and an almost seamless transition from one tenant to the next. I only lost a few days rental income whilst the apartment was being cleaned but otherwise, it was so smooth and no bother at all. Not only that, but an increase in the monthly rent too! Paul has been a brilliant property manager and I cannot fault Belvoir at all. They are always very prompt, polite and easy to deal with any issues that may arrive. Paul does a great job at keeping us up to date and always goes that extra step in making you feel secure when moving in or out. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful move-in experience. From the initial viewing to the start of the tenancy I had zero issues with Belvoir Sheffield. Paul was great at answering any query I had, even the niche ones! All the documentation was provided and no detail was missed. He put together a thorough condition report and had a good eye for spotting areas for improvement, which he then proceeded to correct without hesitation. The apartment was exactly as described and at a good price. Thanks Paul.

Update on my previous post, I formally moved into my new flat today and I couldn’t be any happier about the entire renting experience. It’s been a rough 2 months; I tried several times trying to book viewings with other letting agencies and almost always the places were already rented/security deposit given. Belvoir offered me the opportunity to view multiple places but I fell in love with this flat and decided not to even bother with viewing other places. Jessica Adlington went above and beyond for me; aside from showing me this property the same day I inquired about it, she assisted me throughout the paperwork process and made that tolerable! I have to say a special thanks to Paul griffin; one of the managers. He’s been so helpful with assisting me in setting up everything in my flat. He’s definitely my first point of contact moving forward. I got a really nice gift bag today welcoming me to the community. I chose to write this detailed review because of how great the service has been until now and they definitely deserve recognition for all their help and diligence throughout this stressful process of me moving to a different city!

The team at Belvoir have been dealing with the rental of my property since 2007 and more recently, its sale. The property has hardly ever had a void period with the team quick to report any issues and find suitable tenants. The sales team found a buyer in quick time too and were proactive in seeing the sale through. No hesitation in recommending.
