Matt was a great landlord, always responded to queries quickly and the renting process (deposits and payments) was very straightforward. We enjoyed him calling round for viewings/inspections as he’s very down to earth and always enjoyed a cuppa with us :) Would highly recommend letting with him or renting from him!
