Brad Hansford at Meyers estate agency is a great estate agent, so thorough, so kind, so professional, great communication, which I said from the beginning was so important to me! He kept me in the loop all the time, he answered all my questions pretty much straight away even at weekends or in the evenings, I don’t know any other agent that would do that. I feel that he went above and beyond throughout the whole process right from the very beginning, to the very end, right up to completion. I can not recommend him highly enough and he’s a thoroughly lovely and caring young person who I like very much and liked dealing with through what can be a very stressful time, he made it so much better.

Brad was incredibly honest and helpful the whole way through our house buying journey. Brad at Meyers provided an excellent service. He was actively involved in making sure the sale progressed with all parties in the chain. Communication was excellent and very professional. Whilst I didn’t use them in this instance to sell my property I would have no hesitation in recommending Meyers as the part post sale is just as important to keep everything on track.

We have just bought our home through Meyers in Shaftesbury. I know most reviews for estate agents are from sellers, however, I am rating them as a buyer and with good reason. You will know as a buyer it is time-consuming sifting through house details to find matches and we certainly wasted a lot of time and effort attending viewings for properties that clearly were not right for us, with people who did not know much about the specific property or properties in general or listen to different buyers needs. Viewing with Brad from Meyers was an altogether different and incredibly helpful and it felt like an individual experience. He let us spend the time we needed to view and dealt with our needs for viewing and all our questions. When he didn't have an answer he said he'd find out and got back to us immediately. Even after offer and acceptance, Brad kept in touch and helped to iron out issues quickly that solicitors were taking 3 weeks to send an email about. He kindly organised keys at a time and place convenient to us and was the first to inform us that we had completed! He was brilliant to deal with, always available to message and we felt that he valued our custom. I am not expecting to move soon but should we or any family or friends need an estate agent in the area to buy or to sell, I will be recommending Brad at Meyers in Shaftesbury.

Right from the start Brad from Meyers Estate agents was fantastic. Brad made the whole experience so much easier than previous Estate agents whom my husband and I had delt with in the past. Brad replied back within minutes and answered any questions that we had. He kept in regular contact, arranging a second viewing with ease which fitted around my work schedule. Its pretty much impossible to be able to sufficiently thank Brad at Meyers in Shaftesbury for his efforts and support in the recent selling of my home. He is friendly and supportive and there for when you have a massive wobbly about all the highs and lows of the house selling and buying process.
