He kept me in the loop all the time, he answered all my questions pretty much straight away even at weekends or in the evenings, I don’t know any other agent that would do that. I feel that he went above and beyond throughout the whole process right from the very beginning, to the very end, right up to completion. I can not recommend him highly enough and he’s a thoroughly lovely and caring young person who I like very much and liked dealing with through what can be a very stressful time, he made it so much better.
