What a great EA Brad really is. He’s gone over and above for my elderly mother. He treated her with care and respect from the start and even when she pulled out of the first sale, Brad supported us and willingly came back for a successful second try. Through the ups and downs of my mothers sale Brad has been a steady rock and a patient head which my sister and I appreciated greatly. He really is a one off and made our sale, that could have been at times a very exasperating process, into a calm and stressless one.
