Paul has gone above and beyond. He was very flexible with viewings and has been excellent with communication. Paul has gone the extra mile, even replying to emails late into evening on a Sunday night. Would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Paul was great in facilitating our viewing needs. He even contacted us asking if we wanted attend earlier than the online availability shown. When viewing the property, Paul was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area and the house. He also respected us as viewers, in allowing us space and time to take in the house without him being on our shoulder. Paul maintained a good level of contact post viewing but wasn't pushy. When my partner and I decided to put a bid in, which was thankfully accepted, Paul was thorough in explaining the process from now, since we're first time buyers and did so in a way easy to understand.

The viewing was very relaxed and I was allowed time to look round on my own as well, with my daughter.
