I booked a house viewing and Paul rang me back almost instantly to make arrangements. I cannot recommend him enough! He was not only extremely professional but also a very genuinely nice person. He knew details about the house family and area. He gave us time to look around and ask questions. We did not feel at all rushed and this made the experience very positive. Paul rang me the following week for feedback (which was all very positive ) and we are hoping that we can contact Paul again VERY SOON to put in an offer. I wish all estate agents could be this great!

The level of service and expertise from Paul was first class. From discussions around the asking price, which was higher than we first anticipated, through the brilliant and timely marketing of the property, including the best detailed floor plans I have seen and professional photography throughout. Communication was always directly through Paul on his mobile rather than through an office ensuring timely response to any request. The viewings were carried out by Paul in person and the asking price was met in 9 days. A positive experience throughout and compares very favourably against more traditional Estate Agents.
