After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. From day one, Joe was calm, professional and in control of the whole process. I found Joe very easy to talk to about any queries or concerns I had. He was never flustered and filled me with confidence. Joe took great pains to market the property on every possible platform which resulted in a lot of interest and viewings. Joe was proactive throughout the process and followed up on every viewing to receive feedback, which was communicated to ourselves. We were kept updated on any developments throughout. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. Despite this, Joe's motivation never waivered and I felt reassured that the sale and marketing of the property was in the best possible hands. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price. I would not hesitate to use Ewe Move again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest.
