I was pleasantly surprised when I met Giovanni Tummino at the valuation stage. I expected the usual condescending 'sale speak' but nothing could have been further from the truth. From the offset I was confident that the property was in good hands and I wasn't let down. I received a solid offer within days and throughout the process I was regularly given updates by text or email so I always knew exactly how things were progressing. On occasion, and when appropriate, Giovanni was happy to liaise with other professionals involved in the process on my behalf, which he managed with skill and expertise, which was much appreciated. A truly professional service all round which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Friendly agent and keen on availability but lacks knowledge in digital work. Maybe is not important for other people but was super important for us to have everything in good shape and on time, which we haven't. If we had had a signed contract from the counter party with a date of entry at the corresponding moment we would have started that tenancy. Best of luck
