Horrendous, from the beginning to the end. The lawyer showed up on court without the photos of the accident even though they were shared more than one year before. The lack of communication begs belief, I had to contact them on the phone because they were not sharing just one day before the trial where and when it was going to take place, is this professional at all? Even if my wife's car repair was lower and she suffered the biggest damages the lawyer was unable to defend the case against a claimant who not only had only a scratch which could have been repaired in an hour, but was also driving the the lights off and invading the wrong lane. This is insane, how can it be that the most damaged car repair, my wife's, was less than £2000, and the other with a mere scuff was circa £7000, and no proper questions asked during the trial about the inflated claim? What kind of lawyer fails to point out the other driver offered to repair the cars without contacting the insurance company? That's elegal and we mentioned this several times in the statement. Avoid like the plague.

This company are an absolute disgrace! They work with the insurance provider for Openreach’s van fleet. One of there engineers crashed into a brand new fence at our home. The engineer admitted full liability, there was CCTV footage, photos of the damage, yet they refused to pay out! There assessment blamed poor fitting and livestock for the damage (on a fence that was installed 4 days prior to being hit) and said there was no claim to pay out! Openreach themselves are trying to push for a resolution as in their opinion it should have been a simple claim. Vicky from the Keoghs compared the damage to some grass being run over. I had to explain that fences are not a living thing that will repair itself.

If I could give 0 starts I would how this company operates is beyond me. Most of the staff are rude and they jus want to get you off the phone. Avoid at all cost

Worst firm i have ever come across. Unprofessional in every way. Try to avoid paying. Dont answer the phone. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have instructed the financial ombudsman on them, i urge others to do the same.

No progress since 2024. My case is still unsettled and keeps being passed between case handlers
