Horrendous, from the beginning to the end. The lawyer showed up on court without the photos of the accident even though they were shared more than one year before. The lack of communication begs belief, I had to contact them on the phone because they were not sharing just one day before the trial where and when it was going to take place, is this professional at all? Even if my wife's car repair was lower and she suffered the biggest damages the lawyer was unable to defend the case against a claimant who not only had only a scratch which could have been repaired in an hour, but was also driving the the lights off and invading the wrong lane. This is insane, how can it be that the most damaged car repair, my wife's, was less than £2000, and the other with a mere scuff was circa £7000, and no proper questions asked during the trial about the inflated claim? What kind of lawyer fails to point out the other driver offered to repair the cars without contacting the insurance company? That's elegal and we mentioned this several times in the statement. Avoid like the plague.
