I’m appalled by the level of service I received. For me to not be involved in an accident and for your solicitor to come to court to represent me and still lose the case is shocking. Seemed like he was on work experience on the day and didn’t have a leg to stand on compared to the other parties solicitor who was asking all the questions. Next time I should just represent myself, or better yet just admit liability even when it’s not my fault. I was under the impression that Shamima would be handling my case, only for her to inform me someone else (with no backbone) will be representing me the week of the court date.

Agree with all the other reviews, shocking service , avoid if possible

Tried to chase up a late payment using the number I had been given. Waited 20 mins to get through. Told got through to wrong department, refused to transfer me, refused to give me the correct number and then put phone down on me!

Horrible company to deal with underpaid me on my insurance claim, when informed told me that they had made a mistake however they would not be able to rectify their mistake as it was not worth their time

Terrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.
