This company are an absolute disgrace! They work with the insurance provider for Openreach’s van fleet. One of there engineers crashed into a brand new fence at our home. The engineer admitted full liability, there was CCTV footage, photos of the damage, yet they refused to pay out! There assessment blamed poor fitting and livestock for the damage (on a fence that was installed 4 days prior to being hit) and said there was no claim to pay out! Openreach themselves are trying to push for a resolution as in their opinion it should have been a simple claim. Vicky from the Keoghs compared the damage to some grass being run over. I had to explain that fences are not a living thing that will repair itself.
