Zero communication. Had to chase everything up myself. No returning of calls. Then days later application rejected with no feedback.

We tried to view four acres property no call back and when we called to find out she said she has lots of interest we can see it and wasn’t sold yet. I believe this agency is fraud and deceptive. If you want your house sold go else where they may sell it for more money. This person I think is holding it to friends and family for cheap.

We received in excess of 90 enquiries for this one property in the first week of marketing and have had multiple offers well over the advertised price so agreed with the owner to set a ‘Best & Final’ bids by 3pm today which is why additional viewings were put on hold. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.
