i was shown round a house in Bishops Stortford By a very nice young Man called Michael Brett,the house unfortunately wasn't for me but i would use Mackay again because of young Michael who i think was all that a good estate agent should be (honest & very Knowledgeable both good traits )

Zero communication. Had to chase everything up myself. No returning of calls. Then days later application rejected with no feedback.

Not good service at all. I will never recommend these agents.

Monday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.
