Our sale took some time to go through yet Mackays supported us and kept us updated with friendly advice all the way. Michael Brett has been the most professional young man with daily emails ,texts and calls to update me when at times things were uncertain . I live abroad and wanted to purchase a flat for investment. The staff at Mackay visited some local flats, took photos between us we chose a suitable one. It was an excellent choice! After they had organised a few necessary repairs, tenants were quickly found. The rental department handled the tenancy agreement, inventory, referencing, etc., quickly and efficiently. The highly efficient staff managed the property for me, collecting the rent and sending monthly statements, as well as conducting quarterly inspections and sending photos and reports. Due to an unexpected change of circumstances, I decided reluctantly to sell the flat. I spoke to Adam in early January and the sales team started to handle the marketing. I asked him to try to find an investment buyer rather than put the tenants out of their home. An investment buyer was found in less than 4 weeks, so it meant the tenants could stay. Michael Brett handled the sale, occasionally assisted by Paul Johnstone, and the sale went through from start to completion within 6 weeks! Everyone I dealt with, both in the rental and sales departments, were always helpful, and polite, worked hard and gave their best attention at all times. I can’t commend the Mackay’s team, highly enough and will definitely contact them in the future when I want to purchase another property in the area .
