We've been renting a property through Mackay Property for over 5 years and have been extremely happy. We have had no real issues with the property itself and have always been able to speak to friendly staff if we did need anything at all. I feel like they really care about their tenants and so ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Flat inspections are every 6 months and, as someone who suffers from anxiety, I've been nervous about them but I don't feel that anymore as Rachel is lovely.
