Mackay Property

My house was proving difficult to sell - swapped to Mackays and got an offer in on the first week. Completed on Friday! Brilliant staff - kept me in the loop all along. Would highly recommend if you’re thinking of selling. Thank you very much

My house sale has been a bit of an endurance test - not due to Mackays at all and this estate agent has been fantastic. Completed today and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic.

Ollie was very helpful and went over and above the job by helping us move a sofa.He always phoned back when he said he would and was very knowledgeable with any questions that we had.

I have worked with Mackays for the last 5 years as a locksmith and property maintenance contractor. They are a very friendly bunch but also very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've been renting with Mackay for the last 6 years... They have looked after me well during this time, dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Rachel has been my contact over the last year or so, she has been very friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this Agent for renting property.

We met Adam from Mackay Property when viewing a house that we later decided wasn't quite right for us. We explained what we were looking for and Adam said he knew of a house (not yet on the market) that would be perfect for us. Adam sent us through all the details while we were on our honeymoon and not only arranged for us to be the first people to view the house when we got back but also accommodated our request to see it *again* later on the same day! Their knowledge of the local market and understanding their clients needs is excellent. 5 years later and we are very happy in our home. Mackay Property also sold our old home and they were extremely good at marketing it, managing the offers process, the chain and keeping us updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mackay Property to anyone looking for an estate agent with excellent knowledge of the local market.

An amazingly positive experience from start to finish! i have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years but Mackay Property really stand out as exceptional! …

We knew that when the time came to sell our Sawbridgeworth home the only agents worth instructing would be Mackay Property and they did an amazing job. Every member of the team were exceptional; Adam, Chloe, Michael and Ollie were directly involved in our sale and could not do enough to help. They found us a lovely buyer and when we were particularly unlucky with a solicitor in our chain (please DO NOT EVER use O’Neill Patient conveyancers if you want to move house in this lifetime) they went above and beyond to make sure everything still went through. Mackay Property seem to be committed to bettering the experience not just of the client (both buyer and seller) but also a community. Highly recommend.

I live abroad and wanted to purchase a flat for investment. The staff at Mackay visited some local flats, took photos between us we chose a suitable one. It was an excellent choice! After they had organised a few necessary repairs, tenants …

6 viewings with no hassle and sold within a week. Tried the "no comission " lot , 5 weeks and nothing and i had to do that all myself. …
