I purchased my flat through Mackay in 2018 and had a fantastic experience, so when I came to lease it earlier this year it was a no-brainer to go back to them. Rachel was fantastic and helped me through the leasing process which I'd never done before. No question was too stupid and they did everything they could to arrange viewings around my needs. Even now the property is let, they always reply to my emails straight away and are quick to resolve any queries that I have. I simply couldn't recommend them enough.

Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using Mackay to manage our rental property since we purchased it through their office three years ago and have been very happy with the service provided. The fee we pay is fantastic value for the peace of mind provided by having such a professional team look after our property and tenants. Knowing that the ever-changing rules and regulations are being addressed is very reassuring to me. Rent is usually paid to our bank account promptly and any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner. Earlier this year our tenants gave notice, we wanted to use this as an opportunity to carry out some maintenance and update the property. The team at Mackay were so helpful giving advice on what would benefit the property most. They were able to recommend a tradesman and liaised with him to get the work completed whilst finding us new tenants. The property was only vacant for about three weeks as our lovely new tenants moved in as soon as the work was completed. I would be happy to recommend Mackay to other landlords.
