Mackay Property

Ed at Muvin Agent was very helpful throughout the rental process. Communication was clear and timely, and he kept me updated at each stage, particularly as my application involved some less conventional paperwork. He guided me through the process with a practical and professional approach, and it was clear he had a good level of experience. He was always happy to answer questions, help with requested changes, and explain anything that wasn't immediately clear. What I appreciated most was the personal service. Rather than feeling like I was being pushed through a rigid automated process, I was able to deal directly with someone who understood the situation and responded promptly. Ed was friendly, approachable, and easy to work with throughout. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a rental agent.
