During our search for a new rental property, we stumbled upon Intercounty Lettings, and after viewing the property, we embarked on the often nerve-wracking journey of referencing and document review. Kelsey's professionalism, friendly approach, and efficient communication made this process a breeze. We felt fully supported every step of the way, and when a minor issue arose with my bank security process, she promptly stepped in, providing all the necessary information and support to ensure everything was sorted out in time. Highly recommended!

We have been dealing with Alex at Intercounty with respect to letting our flat in Sawbridgeworth using the full management service. The service we have received has been exceptional. They have secured Tennants within two weeks and the whole process has been well managed and smooth. We have previously let our property through Intercounty and it's reassuring to see that they have maintained the high levels of service we previously experienced.

Marion and the team delivered an exceptional service in selling two properties. From the initial consultation to final closing the teams commitment was noticeable. Thanks for all your help and look forward to working together again!

Highly recommend! The two agents that we dealt with, Alex and Kelsey, were so helpful and patient. As a first time renter I couldn't have asked for a better team.

Kelsey was amazing from start to finish. She was super friendly when showing me round and knew the answers to all my questions. She is an asset to the team

Having been with Intercounty for over 10 years and I have found their service efficient, effective and complete. Edward Lipski has been the manager on the account for the past year and has been great at developing the Landlord and Tenant relationship and general management of the property.

Our business has worked alongside Ed at Intercounty for a while now, we are very happy with the service he has provided to us as landlords. He is very efficient in managing the rented properties as are Intercounty in general.
