Would highly recommend Intercounty and specifically Aaron, he’s very proactive and ensured our property reached the target audience achieving a sale over list. Thanks again Aaron !

the letting team (Ricci and Kelsey) were very approachable and responsive which as not always been my experience with other estate agents

I spoke to Sam at Intercounty earlier who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market. He put my mind at ease as a first time buyer and made the experience feel very quick and easy. I can’t thank him enough!

I spoke to Sam earlier this week and he was very helpful, advised me about the current market and put me in the direction of a great mortgage advisor for my son. Can’t thank him and the rest of the team at the Sawbo branch!

We had our offer accepted yesterday thanks to hard work by Luisa and the team at Intercounty Sawbridgeworth. I look forward to working with Luisa on the rest of the buying process as she is a knowledgable, friendly and professional agent. Many thanks Ben
