Michelle Killoran is definitely not your usual estate agent. We’d tried to sell our house with a high street agent without success so, after a friendly chat and lots of positive vibes over coffee, we put our faith in Michelle. As an independent agent, she works harder for you and is fully invested in the process from start to finish. She was with us every step of the way and was able to secure us a sale at very close to the listing price. We’d definitely go with Michelle again and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is thinking of moving house.

Quick sale

Michelle did a sneak peek preview video which had a high number of views in a short time due to her excellent social media presence. She had a number of enquiries and booked our first viewing with prospective buyers who had already sold their property. They offered full asking price. We were delighted. Michelle supported the sale process when solicitors in the chain were slow to progress to exchange. She was easy to communicate with and supported us as sellers well.

Finally deciding to sell my family home after 35 years was a difficult decision to make . Not having experience selling a property I did my research as I needed someone who went that further mile to ensure I got all the support i needed. Michelle fitted the role perfectly for me . From visiting the house and telling me what little improvements I needed to make for it to reach the price i wanted to answering all my (what I thought ) petty questions .
