I had a really good experience with Stephen Tew. I liked the fact that they say it how it is and don’t mess around or try to fool you with all the usual estate agent bull. Julie was very helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions at the viewings and Natalie was also helpful. The sale was really fast (8 weeks) and they gave me a new home owners gift box when I collected the keys which was a very nice gesture.

Everyone needs a Michelle in their lives when undertaking the stressful task of buying or selling a house. After months of letdowns and frustration with a large national high street agent, Michelle was recommended to me. She sold our house really quickly and attracted a range of great prospective buyers. The most important thing for us has been communication. Michelle has been on hand at all times to answer any questions and provide guidance. She responded promptly to prospective buyers’ enquiries (something the previous agents really failed at.) If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, don’t look any further, you need Michelle in your life!

What an amazing , highly knowledgeable lady, from first contact to agreeing a price and confirming same day ! Such a nice change to have an agent who cares for her customers/ clients rather than just trying to sell you a property purely for their fee , very refreshing. Michelle is so knowledgeable about her area and the house she is selling . If you live in the Sandbach area please give Michelle a ring if you are selling your property, it will be the best decision you could make.

Excellent. Made buying and selling such an easy process, from selling my house and getting the keys for our new home I think it only took around 9 weeks. Natalie was absolutely fantastic keeping us updated through the whole process, and always happy to help whenever I had any queries. Emily also did an amazing job getting us an offer on our first day of viewings. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, we’d definitely use Stephen Tew again. Highly recommend ⭐️
