My experience with Martin and Co since the beginning (nearly 3 years ago!) has been great, they always keep myself informed throughout any changes. Jess in particular has been a great help, fast to reply to emails and is lovely to communicate with! Would recommend this estate agents to anyone..

Carol has helped to let out our properties in Saltaire for over 10 years now and she is always able to let them quickly as well as give good advice on what repairs or updates we may need to do to facilitate the letting. She is excellent at her job as are her other colleagues who help to support the ongoing management of our properties including Hannah who has worked tirelessly over the past year or so in dealing with maintenance issues and following up with neighbours and contractors. They make an excellent team and highly recommend them.

Denise is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She keeps us fully informed at all times and liaises with our tenants and us in Professional manner. As multiple property landlords we simply could not manage without her. She is a credit to the letting industry and to Martin and Co in particular.

Martin and co have managed my property for several years, over the past two years our property manager has been Jess and the service we have received has been excellent. I feel she really cares about the landlords and tenants and strives to do her very best for all of us. She is professional, approachable, communicates well and is fair in her dealings with us.
