End of an Era
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Martin & Co and in particular Denise Feather, who has been my point of contact for almost 15 years. Throughout that time we have been abroad and have left our property to be managed by the Martin & Co Saltaire, who have been outstanding throughout the period. I am really pleased to say Angela Nicholson is a star 🌟 what ever issues I have regarding maintenence Angela is very promt at what she does and how she gets things done. Infact it was only yesterday I spoke to Angela and I asked if she was the manager? She said she wasn't i was actually shocked to hear that as i told her you sure sound like one as she speaks so professional i can honestly say Angela is always a pleasure to talk to, always listens to what you are saying to her in a very polite and respectful manner and not mentioning what ever the situation? she's very cheerful kind and caring always asks you how you are hows your day been? It might be little things to some but its these little things that count expecially with what is currently going on in this world with the the awful virus situation. Angelas work and what she does as a lettings co ordinator is extremely professional and outstanding 👏 no gimmicks with her. If I had to give out an award to best lettings agent it would definitely go to Angela. Also I want to point out if you could kindly move Angela Nicholson to a higher position at Martin an co please do so as Angela truly and well deserves it a true gem💎.

Fantastic professional Service
I have dealt with Martin & Co for a number of years and have always found them to be very helpful to me as a landlord but also considerate to the needs of the tennant’s. I’ve recently been communicating with Sam and Denise regarding a re let of my property and was thrilled when a new tennent was found, the relevant paperwork completed all within a short space of time. Carol in accounts is always happy to answer any queries regarding payments. All in all very happy with the friendly, professional service received.
