Worse Experience Ever! Poor service recieved from this estate agent. Inconsiderate and heartless people. Were incredibly difficult to get hold of or get the service needed for example sending someone out to sort our gas and electricity out. We went on the whole weekend during winter time with the no hot water or gas. I was pregnant at the time and they didn't fulfill our needs. Not even the bare minimum.... Gary you are saying you cant find me on the system? I was at Langdale Avenue BD8 0LT. Look it up! I have emails to prove I rented with you. And my chain of emails constantly askimg for contractors... I can post on thjs review if you like? Look at the 1 star reviews... we all cant be wrong... horrific experience!!!

Thanks for the response Iqra. I have now found your records and note that you moved out in March 2017, over five years ago. Unfortunately I cannot comment as to why your experience was such a poor experience at the time, as your tenancy was during a time, several years prior to me purchasing this business & the team employed at the time, have all moved on and been replaced with an exceptional team, who provide an outstanding level of service to our tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, which can be verified by the long list of five star reviews that we have received from our customers. I do regret that your experience five years ago, was not a good one Iqra, based on your feedback above, however to leave a review of your experience now, based on your experience as a tenant in 2017, is disappointing for myself and my team to read, when we pride ourselves on providing a best in class experience for all of our customers. I had a viewing today an hours drive from my home. It was confirmed by email from them but they couldn’t be bothered to let me know it was cancelled as the property had sold

Can These management people explain to me why the pics of damage in every room is called fair wear and tear by them ? I wait their excuses sorry explination . Also the damage down the walls . If not a cat then this has been damaged by sharp objects , a knife ? . This being the case how is it fair wear and tear ? When first ringing to say keep their bond a rude woman said ... we are not managing your property I haven't seen your flat , I would have remembered ! Some managing property ! Reason the walls and smashed up property are fair wear and tear Martins please ! Bill £385 but ended up £2000 so far excluding smashed light fittings and filthy carpets ext extra ext. Took them to court and feel better about this terrible firm now when reviewing my reviews ! but save yourself a lot of grief ..go elsewhere ! In response to the judges comments ..only tell the truth on their site and you were told by the judge I quote ! You can not tell Mrs Coates what to say or not in her review ,the truth only ..selective truth from this place yet again ...remember what was done to me and I am not aware that the person has infact left . Dear Ruby, we did go to court, the judge awarded some issues to you and some to me, I apologised and paid you compensation, you may remember the Judge asked you not to comment on face book or social media as part of the agreement, this was over 2 years ago. The member of staff responsible for the poor check out left the company a long time a go and we have moved on. kind regards

A old Tennant left rubbish and furniture out on the Street they promised it would be gone in a week.....still there 10days later. They wouldn't let someone leave it outside there own home!! Ensure you Tennant's clean up after themselves.

If the transaction is simple they are good enough to conclude But if it requires understanding and communication they are incapable In my case the property was at later stage found to have cracks and had insurance claims hence bank rejected the standard evaluation and demanded structural survey Structural survey was requested and half payment was agreed if Bank accepts the report - Martin and co agreed - but never got one Beware - especially first time buyers! The property has been remarketed without mentioning flaws - 5 rotten eggs rather than 1 star

محمد طلحہ خالد, We understand you may have some frustrations concerning this particular property, and the issues that came to light during the purchase process. However, the insurance claim you refer to (which we made you aware of) goes back several years, as does the monitored survey carried out at that time showing there was no further movement. Our vendor then paid for a new full structural survey (independent report dated 28th August) which also shows no further movement and you were made aware of the results, but decided not to proceed as is your right. All reports are held on file, any future interested party will be fully informed of past issues before starting the sale process.
