Lucy Feather

Lucy has helped me out with a few issues lately some being to do with my own flat and a complex issue with a neighbours flat. She went out of her way to help despite difficult circumstances and got everything I needed sorted. Always quick to get in touch and is a friendly person to deal with. Thanks!
