Feedback of customer service

Ian has always been exemplary in his approach to managing my property. He is not only extremely fair in his manner in resolving issues but he regularly goes above and beyond to help especially when it comes to maintenance and managing tenants. He recently attended a property at very short notice to assess a problem which was extremely helpful and I feel confident to rely on him to ensure a smooth and efficient service every time. Thank you for all your help Ian!

Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thanks Saif for your 5 star review & recognition of the great job that Ian does for our landlords and tenants. It's much appreciated. Gary
