Helpful and courteous agent

I have used Martin & Co Saltaire for a number of years now to act as agent for a property I let in Bradford. I had a ‘problem’ tenant for some of that time but Martin & Co were always at the end of the phone to help and without their professionalism, I can’t imagine how bad things could have eventually turned out. Since then, our new tenant has been perfect, and along with the team at Martin & Co and to name Lucy Feather especially, I am more than happy. She keeps me informed if ever there is an issue and I know I can rely on her to manage my property for me.

Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thank you Melanie for leaving such a great review about your experience as a landlord of Martin & Co, in particular you recognising Lucy's great service provided to you. It's hugely appreciated. Thanks Gary
