We do, however, feel it is important to clarify that following the end of a tenancy, the condition of a property is assessed against the original inventory and check-in documentation. Where cleaning, damage or other works are identified at check-out, these need to be considered and dealt with in accordance with the tenancy and the appropriate deposit procedures. We appreciate that the check-out and deposit process can sometimes be frustrating where there are differences of opinion regarding the condition in which a property has been returned. Our team aims to communicate clearly throughout and to ensure that any proposed deductions are supported by the relevant information and evidence. We’re sorry that you feel you would not recommend our service, but we remain confident that the correct process has been followed and that the matters raised at the end of the tenancy have been handled fairly and professionally.
