Martin & Co Saltaire

We chose Mark Buchanan Property to sell our home and it proved to be the right decision. From the outset, Mark and the team approached the sale with a clear strategy tailored to a more premium, individual property, not a one-size-fits-all listing. Their advice on positioning, presentation and pricing gave us confidence we were targeting the right end of the market. The marketing itself was on another level. The quality of the video and overall presentation genuinely set the property apart and created immediate interest. What stood out most was the pace and control of the process. The house sold within 2 days after multiple offers, and from that point on everything was handled seamlessly. Communication was clear throughout, expectations were well managed, and they worked hand-in-had with our solicitors to keep things progressing. If you’re selling a unique or higher-value home and want an agent that understands how to position it properly, and then deliver, we can’t recommend Mark Buchanan Property enough…. Thank you Mark.
